PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICIES

1. Full-time Students: No refund of the tuition fee. A full tuition fee refund, less the application fee (CAD$350.00), will be granted if student’s visa is refused by Canadian Immigration or Embassies (Original Denial Letter must be submitted by the term start date)

2. Credit Course Students: Refund 50% of the tuition fee if applies 3 days before the class start date. No Refund after class starts. No refund for dropping credit courses

3. Tutoring Students: -The student is expected to attend the class on time, or the class will be canceled and charged the tuition fee automatically. The student or parents/guardians should inform our school at least 24 hours ahead of schedule if the student cannot attend the tutoring class or need to change the class time. If the student cancels or changes the class in less than 24 hours, students may subject to charge the full class. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable under any conditions.

4. Application Fee is not refundable.

5. International students must pay the tuition fee in order to receive a Letter of Acceptance to apply for or renew their visa.

6. $50 late charge will be applied to each selected course if students who pay the fee later than the first week of the semester.

7. Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, debit card, credit card, certified cheque, bank transfer, or bank draft. There will be a CAD$40 charge for any returned cheque and bank transfer.

8. If payment is made by Telegraphic Transfer, please fax the Remittance Form copy from the bank or send a copy to the school with the Milton Prep Academy Remittance Form.
